safe place shopping center unusual amount poor english

the location is very good between the airport and the city center. it seems like a safe place. there is a big shopping center near the premises.

then they said i had to pay a deposit. I was charged 49 €, a quite unusual amount. the receptionist's english was not very good at all.

the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and fresh food. the wifi worked very well , i found it super useful. i really appreciated that the room was smaller but very clean.

the check-in process was very slow. i also noticed that the air conditioning did not seem to work very well in some areas. the staff seemed uninterested in solving the issue.

i had a comfy room ! the bed was great, and it was quiet, very welcome. the hotel's location is genuinely very good between the airport and the city center. i noted a big shopping center near the hotel, providing easy access to anything i needed. the breakfast was excellent with easy check in, so it was a plus.

I found the air conditioning could have been better. The room got quite warm in the afternoon.

They offered quick assistance with directions and local transport information, a great touch. the breakfast area was constantly cleaned, and staff ensured all food stations were well-stocked and tidy. house keeping provided clean towels every day!

The hotel is a short walk from the train station, which i valued. a shopping center is conveniently located next to the hotel. I was able to quickly purchase any essentials i had forgotten. the immediate area felt safe!
